Rushika Dias

As a Policy Specialist, Rushika focuses on developing University policies, procedures, standards, and institutional regulations. She is responsible for researching, analyzing, drafting, and revising University-wide policies while collaborating with faculty, staff, and committees across the institution.

Rushika is an attorney-at-law, and before joining the University, her work focused on protecting individual rights and advancing access to justice in Sri Lanka. She has experience investigating human rights violations at the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka, leading institutional capacity-building initiatives at the UNDP, and leading research efforts at Hashtag Generation. Rushika also has served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.
