This interim Policy sets forth the University’s approach to addressing Sexual Harassment in accordance with the revised U.S. Department of Education's Title IX regulations. This interim Policy is also in furtherance of the University’s commitment to fostering an environment that is free from sexual misconduct, including Sexual Harassment, consistent with the University’s obligations under applicable law. In support of that commitment, the University continues to take steps to increase awareness of such Sexual Harassment and eliminate its occurrence on campuses.
