RI 01 Conflict of Interest Policy for Research (formerly 11-01-03)

Summary

University Members are encouraged to engage in outside activities consistent with this mission and which benefit society and are permitted to have management or officer positions in outside entities and receive financial benefit from their outside professional activities, so long as these interests do not interfere with their University duties or distort the judgements expected of them. To this end, faculty and staff are required to make the disclosures outlined below to facilitate effective identification and management of conflicts of interest (COIs).
