AO 23 Licensing and Use of University Name, Logos, Trademarks, and Service Marks (formerly 08-01-01)


This Policy establishes the responsibilities, standards, and procedures for the protection and use of University Marks. This Policy establishes the University’s right to control the use of its Marks; the nature and quality of goods or services with which University Marks are associated; and, to achieve uniformity of presentation, the artistic form in which University Marks may be reproduced.
